Roy Carpenter's Beach will move back steadily as it maintains its profile. Residence owners will move their houses to the vacant northern area of the property (shown in red). Waste disposal will become a difficult issues as water tables rise. Submerged roads and building pilings will remain for a period of time and may slightly alter the beach and erosion rates. Cards pond will move back with the beach and form a new fringe marsh along its edges (in brown).
